1. Take right hemicolectomy as an example. First, put the purse string suture on the terminal ileum and prepare to place the anvil head. Then lift the transverse colon, insert the end-to-end Huaxia stapler from one end, and poke a small opening on the intestinal wall (about 4 ~ 5cm from the intestinal end) (Fig. 3-23-1).

2. Connect the two parts of Huaxia stapler and prepare for firing (Fig. 3-23-2).

3. The right end of transverse colon was closed with Huaxia disposable linear suture device (Fig. 3-23-3).

4. The completion of anastomosis is shown in the figure (Figure 3-23-4). The editor believes that this kind of anastomosis is especially suitable for intestines with large diameter difference. However, it is not suitable to insert the Cathaysian stapler body from the proximal intestinal tube for anastomosis, otherwise it will cause blind loop.
